All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before we begin work on your document. Once payment is confirmed, your document will be assigned to an appropriate editor and work will commence immediately.

Pricing

Our pricing is based on several factors including:

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality editing services. If you are not satisfied with our work, we offer the following refund options:

Full Refund

Available if we fail to deliver your edited document by the agreed deadline, or if we are unable to complete the work for any reason on our end.

Partial Refund

May be offered if the quality of editing does not meet our stated standards, subject to review by our quality assurance team.

Free Revision

For Premium service, we offer unlimited revisions within 30 days of delivery. For Standard service, one free revision is included.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@dichiaropta.com within 7 days of receiving your edited document
  2. Provide your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Dissatisfaction with content or arguments (we edit, not rewrite)
  • Failure to provide clear instructions or necessary materials
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
  • Documents that have been used or submitted after editing

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:

  • Cancellation is requested within 1 hour of placing the order
  • Work has not yet been assigned to an editor

Once work has begun, cancellations will be subject to a fee based on the amount of work completed.

Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding payment or refunds, please contact us first at info@dichiaropta.com. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may escalate the matter through your payment provider's dispute resolution process.
